Join us for an immersive journey into the world of Champagne with our Champagne Specialist Course, designed in collaboration with Comité Champagne. This professional-level course is ideal for those in the wine industry looking to deepen their knowledge and expertise in Champagne, though it is also open to serious enthusiasts. The course includes 15 hours of classroom instruction and 14 Champagne tastings, culminating in a certification exam.
Course Schedule
March 31 (Monday): 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Orientation (Online)
April 7 & 14 (Mondays): 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break)
Exam: Certification Exam - The 1 hour 45 minute exam will be held immediately after the course concludes on April 14 from 4-5:40pm (Short Answer, Multiple Choice, and Tasting Assessment)
