FULL - Bourgogne, France Wine & Food Tour, April 7-13, 2024

Five-day Wine & Food Educational Tour with Official Ambassador of Bourgogne Wines, Tanya Morning Star. 

This trip has been touted by multiple previous travelers as "one of the best weeks of my life"! Bourgogne is one of the world's most desirable wine regions, but also one of the most difficult to access. As one of only 60 Official Ambassadors of Bourgogne Wines (certified by the Bourgogne Wine Board), Tanya is able to open unique, intimate, and exclusive experiences, which even the most experienced traveler would not be able to open for themselves! 

Students will spend 6 nights and 5 action-packed days based in the town of Beaune, in 4-Star hotel accommodation. Travelers will explore all 5 sub-regions and learn things previously beyond imagination in a program designed and led by Official Bourgogne Wines Ambassador Tanya Morning Star.

Students will be welcomed by famous winemakers and humble farmers who rarely engage in cellar visits. The days will include multi-course lunches, while nights will feature revelatory gastro-fun prepared by decorated chefs at establishments with diverse proprietors.

These kinds of intimate experiences are coupled with round-the-clock instruction from Tanya, and other world-renowned guest instructors, on vineyard walks and in the beautiful new panoramic classrooms brand new Cité du Vin, with its panoramic views of the Hill of Corton.

Students will come away with complications demystified, confusion clarified, minds brimming and inspired - oh..and also an official Diplôme de Connaissance and certificate of completion of a week-long master class from the region’s famous L’Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne.

 five days of learning in all five regions of Bourgogne, including producer visits, and fine dining (including Michelin or MOF rates restaurant experiences).
